Heavy rain alert: Weatherman Pradeep John has said that due to MJO (Madden-Julian Oscillation) event, Tamil Nadu will get heavy rain in November.

Due to convection yesterday, it rained in Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and in interior districts including Vellore and Ranipet. Due to this, it has been raining at various places since this morning.

There will be thundershowers at some places in Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Chennai and Thiruvallur districts. He has said that it will not be frightening.
A low pressure area will form over the Bay of Bengal next week But this is not for Tamil Nadu. No need to worry about calculating this air pressure.

That depression will be weak. When that depression enters the Andaman Sea it is above our Chennai latitude. Pradeep John has also said that there is no possibility of any harm due to this.
It will form near the Andaman next week in the area between India and China.If this pressure weakens, it will be pushed towards the Tamil Nadu side by the easterly winds. Then it can be predicted whether it will give more rain to Tamil Nadu only by its
intensity.

But there is a possibility that the air pressure will strengthen in the area between India and China without reaching Tamil Nadu and cross the coast there.In the month of November Tamil Nadu gets heavy rains due to MJO (Madden-Julian Oscillation). It is going to show its presence in the Indian Ocean.
Therefore, the MJO event will give more heavy rains in November.
