Arjun Sampath's son, Omkar Balaji, leader of the party's youth wing, also spoke at the demonstration, which was led by state president of the Hindu People's Party, Arjun Sampath. At that time Omkar Balaji had talked about Nakeeran Editor Gopal and that he would cut out his tongue.
Based on a complaint filed by an auto driver in this regard, the race road police department has registered a case against Omkar Balaji and the trial is going on in the court.
Meanwhile, while the anticipatory bail application was rejected, race course police arrested Omkar Balaji who was staying at his house in Kempty Colony area of Coimbatore, while he was again applying for anticipatory bail.
