 4644 new flats constructed at a cost of Rs.405.90 crore were opened, allotment orders for flats were issued to 4500 beneficiaries and 11,300 beneficiaries under self-build scheme were given Rs.  237.30 crore worth of work orders, purchase deeds for flats and plots to 350 beneficiaries were awarded by Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr. M. K. Stalin.
Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr.M.K.Stalin inaugurated on (7.12.2022) 4644 flats built in 15 project areas in 8 districts at a cost of Rs.405.90 crore at the Chief Secretariat on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board. 
He also gave orders to 8 beneficiaries as a token of allotment orders for flats to 4,500 beneficiaries, work orders worth Rs 237.30 crore to 11,300 beneficiaries at the rate of Rs 2.10 lakh each and purchase deeds for houses and plots to 350 beneficiaries.
